About Us

Hectors farm shop was originally set up on the farm itself in the mid 1980's and reopened in it current location in 2006. We are in a prime position on The Borough in Wedmore and have a thriving and busy butchers shop and also sell vegetables and other grocery items. All meat is locally produced with much of it coming from our own farm a mile away in Cocklake and from other local farms. The shop is a father and son business. Alan Hector being the third generation of Hector's farming in this area. Sons Nick and James are the 4th generation. James works in the shop and on the farm while Nick is kept busy on the farm.
